Born in New York, I am grateful for my early exposure to cuisine. My family instilled their own passion for food in me, and at the age of 15 I worked at a deli stocking shelf’s and helping prep the food. I followed by working at three Italian pizza places and one Greek restaurant. I worked in food prep, and eventually began cooking. I left home for Delaware to work in banking and attend school.
Even though I chose a different career path, I always had a passion to cook. As I was going to school and working in banking, I always continued to cook. I would use recipes from what I learned at the previous restaurants I worked and I would also cook family recipes.
This site is dedicated to the family who share a passion for food.
For me, food is about memories, feelings and emotions.
