Piccata pollo

Chicken Piccata: Is a traditional Italian dish made of chicken, a tart sauce, lemon juice, white wine, and capers.
        Ingredients    
                - 1 lb Chicken breasts
 - 1 cup Chicken stock or canned chicken broth
 - 2 Lemons
 - 1 cup flour
 - 1 cup white wine
 - 3/4 cup Capers drained optional
 - 1 tbsp Salt and pepper to taste
 - 2 tbsp Butter
 - 2 cup Patsa

        Instructions    
                - Boil hot water add pasta and cook according to pasta box. Clean chicken breasts by trimming the fat and thin breasts. Flour chicken breasts.

 - Heat up sauté (frying) pan with olive oil. Add chicken breasts to the pan, salt and pepper both sides of breast and brown both sides.

 - Once breasts are brown on both sides dump remaining oil. Add white wine to the pan. Cook approximately 3 minutes high.

 - Squeeze 2 lemons into the pan over the chicken breasts. Cook approximately 3 minutes.

 - Add chicken stock and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium.

 - At the very end add (capers optional) and butter. Once butter is melted, mix it around in the pan and serve over the pasta.
