Cream Puffs: Is a French, Italian dessert choux pastry ball filled with whipped cream, pastry cream, custard.
Ingredients
Pastry
- 1/2 cup Shortening
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup Boiling water
- 1 cup Sifted cake and pastry flour
- 3 eggs

Instructions
Pastry
- To start with the pastry, bring the shortening & salt to boiling water, medium heat.
- Lower heat and add flour stir , than put in mixer.
- Add egg at a time until smooth. Teaspoon to bake sheet 20 minutes 450 than 20 minutes at 350. Take out and let them cool.
Filling
- Cream Puff Filling, Combine dry ingredients very thoroughly. Add milk and egg.
- Cook over boiling water, stirring, constantly until thickened.
- Add vanilla & butter. Cool filling for 2 layers.
