Roasted Peppers: If you love roasted peppers, than you will love this recipe. Bell peppers are quartered and popped into a hot, hot oven until the skins blister and blacken. Or if you have a gas oven, you can just use the burners to blacken the peppers.
Ingredients
- 2 Red bell peppers
- 1/2 Cup olive oil Extra virgin
- 2 cloves garlic Chopped
- 1 salt and pepper To taste
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Parmesan cheese Freshly grated
Servings: People
Instructions
- Wash pepper in cold water and then place 1 pepper on each burner. Roast until the skins blister and blacken.
- Place pepper in a colander and wash with cold water removing the blacken skin. Place in mixing bowl and add rest of ingredients mixing until peppers are well coated.
