Salsa di pasta con marinara

Marinara (mariner’s) Sauce: Is a southern Italian tomato sauce usually made with tomatoes, garlic, herbs (such as basil), and onion. A little bit spice and flavor good anytime of the year.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 Shallots, peeled (about 4 or 5 shallots)
- 3 Garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp Fresh ground pepper to taste
- 28 oz tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Dried basil, crushed
- 1 tsp Oregano flakes
- 1 tsp Dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 tsp Chili pepper

Instructions
- Begin by pulling all the ingredients together.
- Chop up shallots.
- Chop up garlic cloves.
- Add olive oil to sauce pan and sauté, lightly brown your garlic and shallots.
- Add crushed tomatoes to sauce pan and stir. Add in salt, pepper, basil, oregano, rosemary and 1 chilli pepper and stir in all ingredients.
- Cook any pasta desired and follow pasta box cooking time. This picture has penne pasta.
