Linguine ai frutti di mare

Linguine and Seafood: Frutti di Mare translates to fruits of the sea and boy is this dish full of fruits from the sea. It has almost all of my favorite seafood: Mussels, Clams, Scallops, Shrimp, Squid.

Instructions
- Begin by cutting and cleaning the squid, preparing the cockles, mussels.
- Prepare and clean your shrimp.
- Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Cook garlic until it sizzles. Add red pepper flakes to taste; cook 1 minute. Add squid and cook separate from other seafood.
- In other pan heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Cook garlic until it sizzles. Add red pepper flakes to taste; cook 1 minute, add wine and cockles, mussels cover. Raise heat to medium-high; cook 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and lemon. Add rest of seafood including the squid. Cook, stirring, until cockles and mussels open, about 3-5 minutes.
- Toss with linguine. Add parsley; toss. Divide among 4 bowls.
- Add linguine to boiling water. Cook until al dente. Uncover sauté pan; simmer 1 minute more
