Funghi ripieni

Stuffed Mushrooms: This is a side dish that was made for several holidays. This is an excellent dish and very easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Large mushroom caps
- 1 Garlic clove Crushed
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese Freshly grated
- 1 salt and pepper To taste
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley
- 5 tbsp bread crumbs Seasoned
- 4 tbsp olive oil Extra virgin

Instructions
- Wash mushrooms.
- Chop stems. Mix with chopped garlic.
- Remove stems and place caps in a shallow baking pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Add bread crumbs, parsley, cheese, salt, pepper and Add 2 tablespoons of oil, mix well.
- Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
- Preheat and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Serve on tray.
